What do I need to bring to my alterations fitting?

For all fittings, you should arrive with the garment(s) you would like altered, any undergarments or shapewear you plan to wear, and your shoes.  It is important that you bring these items to your fitting as they affect fit. If you forget, your fitting may need to be rescheduled.

Can I bring someone with me to my alterations fitting?

Yes, although we kindly request that you limit your guests to two or less in the fitting room.

How long will my fitting take?

Most fittings can be completed in 30 to 60 minuets. ​

How many fittings do I need?

Most alterations take one fitting session. Complex designs or fitting sessions that require multiple fittings will be factored into your total estimate. We recommend that try on your garments at pickup to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your alterations.

Will I be able to try on my garments once completed?

Yes.

Can someone else pick up my alterations?

Yes. However, we recommend that you pick up your own garments so that you may try them on one final time.

What is your turnaround time and how will I know my alterations are completed?

We will give you an estimated turnaround time at your fitting and contact you to schedule a final fitting

when nearing completion.

Can I add sleeves to my wedding dress?

While there are occasions where it is possible to add sleeves to your gown, we recommend against it as  finding fabric to match your gown can be rather time consuming and quite expensive.

Do you do custom work?

That is our speciality! For more information about custom wedding gowns, pageant dresses, theatrical costumes or cosplay, please reach out to us for more information or to discuss your project.  At this time, we do not offer modern custom men's suits. ​
